Privacy notice
What this website collects
Very little. No trackers, no advertising cookies and no third-party scripts.
Last updated October 29, 2026. This notice covers this website. The Lexlaw app has its own terms and settings for the data you work with there.
When you browse
- No analytics, trackers or advertising. The site loads no third-party scripts and sets no cookies.
- Your light or dark mode choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it. It isn’t sent to us.
- Our hosting provider (Vercel) handles each request to deliver the site and keeps standard request logs for security and reliability, under its own privacy policy.
When you sign up for updates
We keep your email address, where you signed up (for example the footer or the blog) and, if you came from the sign-up page, the plan you picked. We use it only to send Lexlaw product updates. Every email will have an unsubscribe link, and we keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
When you contact us
We keep your name, email, company (if given), topic and message so we can reply and follow up. Please don’t send patient or client information through the form. We delete messages on request.
Stopping spam without tracking you
To limit how often a form can be sent, we count submissions per visitor for one hour. The count is keyed by a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address, never the address itself, and is deleted within a day. We don’t store IP addresses or browser details with anything you send.
Where it’s stored
Subscriber emails and contact messages are stored in this website’s own database (hosted by Neon), kept separate from the Lexlaw app and its data. We don’t sell or share them.
